"I am going to yoga." This phrase is heard more and more around our house. I started coming to yoga almost 2 years ago to aid my right knee in recovery from surgery. Much to my surprise, this "yoga" not only helped my knee, but has really added to my overall physical conditioning. My job as a firefighter requires bursts of intense activity and a necessity to control nerves and adrenaline. The discipline from yoga combined with weight training has provided the means to elongate my career. - Wayne Moffat
