Bikram yoga has been a wonderful addition to my life. I've been in several car accidents which have strained by neck and back and suffered with the pain for over 20 years. I also have injured my foot from running in a half marathon. All of these ailments are history thanks to Bikram yoga. My parents passed on the gift of physical activity to me at a very young age and I am happy to say I've passed this on to my 3 daughters. Not only has yoga healed my body in many ways, it has also renewed my spirit, mind, and soul. I am better person now that I practice yoga regularly. My children even say I am in a better mood. I've recently completed the 60 day challenge. Wow! I feel great! In the near future I am planning to run a half marathon, hike down to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and then back up to the rim, and bicycle in a 100 mile bike race. While I have accomplished these things before, Bikram yoga has allowed me to continue these activities and made me feel stronger even as I get older. I feel as healthy and in shape as I have in my entire life. Thanks to all the fantastic teachers and students at Grapevine Bikram Yoga Studio for your inspiration.
