Complete Exercise
Bikram Yoga is the most amazing exercise. I have tried most types of fitness regimes, but only with Bikram Yoga am I able to feel lighter, brighter, and energized at the end of each session. I am stronger, feel younger, and my stress level is greatly reduced. Bikram yoga increases physical fitness, promotes mental calmness, and enhances my spiritual practices. It is gentle enough for the novice yet challenging for the most seasoned practitioner. Now I look forward to coming to each class and know I have invested 90 minutes towards my health and well being.
