I was diagnosed with Scoliosis at a young age. Over the last few years I have suffered from severe back pain that has also caused me to have poor posture. I had been planning on seeing a specialist when I started practicing Bikram Yoga. Since I started practicing Bikram my back pain has decreased tremendously. My posture looks better and I feel better about myself. I absolutely love Bikram Yoga. Not only is my back feeling 100% better but I also have peace of mind.
