Heal Aches from Past Injuries
Three years ago my wife, Kelly, broke her elbows and her left foot. It took an extremely long time for her to heal. And even then, the pain would flair up on occasion. That pain has virtually dissappeared since we started yoga. Stretching and strengthening th bones and joints not only helped her body heal, it eliminated the pain that other forms of exercise aggravated.
